Sound Dampening, Insulation and Interior Lining Package

This is the most popular service at Endless Summer Wales as it really does make a huge change to the acoustics, temperature, styling, value and overall comfort and driving experience of your van. Lot’s of VW Transporter owners opt to have their vehicle professionally lined and we really take pride in seeing the difference we make to your van using excellent products and knowing the benefits it will bring to you.

The process starts with a deep clean to all of the exposed interior metal work to make sure the carpet has the best adhesion possible. Sound dampening is applied firstly to lower the road noise and reduce interior echoing, followed by a thermal insulation lining and then an automotive specific 4 way stretch carpet seals the interior. Brand New CNC Machine Cut Ply Boards are then covered separately to ensure easy access should you wish to add electrics to your conversion in the future. All of our Lining Conversions come with VW Embossed Logos and brand new CNC Machine Cut Roof Lining which include 6 LED Down Lights to create the perfect finish.
